TERMS & CONDITIONS


  • La Transcatllaràs is a MTB circular route that can be done in 2, 3 or 4 days and it's not a competition.
  • IT'S OBLIGATORY TO CLOSE ALL FENCE GATES WE CROSS.
  • The organization is NOT RESPONSIBLE for any accidents or eventualities that may happen in case the client DOESN'T FOLLOW the route described on the MAP and set on the GPS.

  • La Tanscatllaràs is a registered trademark owned by GuiesBtt.cat, and can only be contracted with the travel agency Pedratour.

  • Before you begin La Transcatllaràs, the TOTAL payment must have been made, whatever the type of package you choose (see the BOOKING section).
  • There are two package types: the BASIC PACKAGE includes dinner, bed and breakfast between stages and the COMPLETE PACKAGE also includes lunches on the way. 
  • Both packages includes: the route card, the jersey, the route map, an energy bar, the luggage transportation and the hiring of a GPS device with the contracted route under the following conditions::
    • A GPS device is given to each group of 1 to 4 participants.
    • In all cases, a deposit must be payed and will be returned at the end of the route. This deposit will only be kept by the organization if the GPS device is not returned or is returned in a poor condition.
  • All participants must contact the travel agency Pedratour before starting La Transcatllaràs, in order that the route pack is handed to them.

  • The organization offers the option of booking accommodation for an extra night before and/or after La Transcatllaràs.

  • TRAVEL INSURANCE: it can be taken when selecting the route option in the BOOKING section..

  • CANCELLATION INSURANCE: previously contact with Pedratour for more information.

  • MTB RENTAL SERVICE: previously contact with Pedratour to check prices and conditions (sizes, available models, etc.).
